Epic Tour for Tourists
Epic Tour for Tourists explores the absurd choreography of mass tourism on the Croatian coast. Every day, hundreds of people arrive by boat, rushing through the island in search of ice cream, souvenirs, and a few quick photos before hopping to the next destination. Together with Luana Lojić, we decided to intervene, offering a guided walk through the village. Our tour became a mix of performance, satire, and local storytelling, turning the language of tourism against itself. The work humorously exposes the economic dependency and quiet exhaustion behind the postcard image of paradise, inviting both tourists and locals to reconsider who performs for whom.
